Please fill out this form to signup for the NMAA 3 on 3 Tournament on August 2nd. This is for active NMAA players only. Anyone not a NMAA player will not be allowed to play. By registering you are acknowledging you are fit to play competitive recreational basketball and waive all liability of injuries from NMAA and UCF. You also agree to adhere by NMAA's code of conduct rules under the authority of the commissioners office. 

Team fee is $250. You may have up to 5 players on your roster. Send all payments to the Commish. You will be contact by email on how to pay.
